Silk cotton, Kapok or Ceiba. It's name given by humans is not important. It has dominated the forest for many millions of years. These trees still survive in many places because they are considered sacred but in many cases they are the only trees left because they are too grand to cut down.

It's hard to get the whole family together!! Missing the 88 and a few others. We have 3 new battery powered saws that we love and a blower and a w**d whacker all that can be charged with our solar set up !!😎

I'm SOO sick of going to buy campfire wood and seeing that it's wrapped in plastic.

TREECYCLE is proud to now offer firewood from local trees removed by arborists for non usage reasons I.e.fallen, dangerous etc. These are wrapped in and has a handle made of burlap that can be used to start your fire.

We have wood available on the Island and we are going to try and get our wood into stores. If anyone owns a store or knows a store owner please share this and help us sell our good green product!!
