As of August 29th, the U.S. de minimis exemption—which previously allowed for duty-free imports from Canada on packages valued under $800 USD—has officially ended. As a result, shipments from Canada to the U.S. may now be subject to significant import duties or fees.
While the exact changes to import fees have not yet been fully confirmed, we want to make you aware of the following:
1) Tariffs on Canadian goods will be raised to 35%
OR
2) Import fees could reach up to $200 USD, depending on the value of the product
We understand that this change may impact your decision on placing an order. We have reached out to all US customers who have already placed an order with options on how/if they would like to proceed with their order. If you haven’t received a message yet, please dm or email us!
