Take yourself at ease that your gift of beauty and function is in the making and think about some extra goodies to add like locally baked bread, local Salt and homemade pesto. .... because we all dont' need more THINGS which are just pretty... we need things we can use every day, locally made with natural materials

I went to the Victoria Public Market at the Hudson today. The food was great and it was a fun and bustling little zone to be in. Well worth a visit.

Start with a new pillow (100% natural latex and or certified organic wool) wash your organic pillow cases often and AIR YOUR HOME! advice... open all windows and doors for at least 15 mintues to support a complete air exchange...
think .... a bucket of water is fresh when you dump the old water and refill it new.... adding a couple of new drops of water does not do the job... so opening the window a little...? is not really adding fresh air.... simple easy and FREE! for more tips and if you have serious concerns... contact us
