We completed a structural repair on the skid steer plow harness by replacing the weakened, worn components with thicker-wall square tubing to significantly improve strength and durability. The original setup showed signs of fatigue, corrosion, and stress cracking, which could compromise performance under heavy plowing conditions. By upgrading to heavy-wall square tubing and properly reinforcing the mounting points, the harness now provides improved load distribution, increased resistance to twisting and impact, and longer-lasting reliability in harsh winter environments. This repair ensures the plow assembly is stronger, safer, and better suited for long-term, heavy-duty use.
