Elwood Decor was started by me Tyler Struik in 2015. When my grandpa moved he left me all of his wood working tools. That was when I found my love and passion for wood working. My favorite part about wood working is stepping back and looking at how much character that piece has. Because everything I make is hand made and hand painted it may take weeks for your project to be complete. Everything I

make is made from real wood that could bow, crack, or shrink. This isn't common but with wood it is definitely a possibility. Wood has a mind of its own. I spend hours hand picking the best lumber for each project and I buy the best quality lumber I can find. Wood being unpredictable adds to the rustic feel and brings the furniture to life, but because of this I will not offer refunds or exchanges. Thanks for shopping local!
