Monday's coming.....
If you're finding that work and home life are drifting into one another, start marking the beginning and ending of the work day in a way that has meaning for you. Try to pick a start and finish time and stick to it. If you used to pick up a coffee on the way to work, leave the house to go get a coffee and don't start work until you have taken time to have a few sips and plan your day. Use the trip to the coffee shop as your new morning 'commute'. And maybe a short walk around the neighborhood as your 'commute' back home in the evening.
