20 years ago I staged my first home.

At the time home staging was a brand-new industry, only about three years old. It was an industry started and shaped by women in our area, but we still had to educate the market and overcome significant resistance from homeowners and real estate agents who didn’t yet see the value.

Today, on International Women’s Day, I’m reflecting on how far we’ve come and the incredible women who helped build and shape this industry along the way. ❤️
