This table sat in our living room for a year, untouched, waiting to be refinished. It was given to us by a stranger - which also meant that we didn’t know its origin, its previous owners, nor its story. Like most of the pieces we work on, it’s during refinishing that we learn about these little details; like the many layers of paint hiding beautiful wood grain, dovetail drawers and sometimes a photo, letter or trinket left behind. While working on this piece, it was in chipping away the old veneer that we found a hidden drawer and old handle holes. Though we may still not know much about this piece’s story, we are happy to be apart of its next chapter.

Here’s a little secret we’ve been keeping from our instagram page! In just a few short weeks, our team will be growing by ten little fingers and ten little toes ✨

We have a few small launches planned in the next week before we step away from the business page and focus on our new roles as mom & dad. We will currently not be accepting any custom projects until some time in 2022.
