I made this beautiful butternut wood keyboard wall shelf for my friends at . They kept having to pick up the keyboard every time they needed it, now they have this beautiful shelf to assist them. The final touches are going on this portable ramp for my friends at . It is only one ramp but it will make a difference for people who are unable to walk over a regular curb like you and I. Let's start to help our communities like we did way back when, let's close the gap on mobility issues and help our friends and family live the most normal like they can.

A common problem that you see too often is accessibility, I am helping a business that is part of my personal community who have been helping me so much with one of my disabilities. they have been taking care of me for my peripheral neuropathy which has been so agonizing for me. I am building them a portable ramp for their clinic to help them help their patients with accessibility issues, as life is not built for people with accountability problems and it is time that we end this problem. Help me get this around and let's end this problem, let's close the gap on accessibility as we all deserve to live a somewhat normal life.

Good morning everyone 🌞 I hope you are all having a safe start to your day. Today's the Push up challenge has me doing 46 push-up. Today's pushup goal is 46, Representing the 46% of people worldwide who believe mental health matters more than physical health for overall well being. Now I can say yes I do believe this as well but life is a balance. I have attached my donation code, anything helps let's make a push for better mental health.

Good evening everyone, another day done and the challenge is complete. Today's number is 50, for the 50% of people that will suffer with mental illness in their lifetime. Today was day 6 as Sunday was a rest day which was much needed at that point. But now with which day I am feeling stronger and stronger I was able to do 20 pushups in a row today, if you had asked me to do that 7 days ago I would have laughed lol. But now I can do it, does it hurt yes, does it feel good yes and I enjoy it heck yeah. I hope you all had a wonderful day and enjoyed the sun. As always please make sure to check in with family and friends. I am sharing my donation code from today forward I am hoping to really make a difference in mental health and raise at least a minimum of $250.

Good evening everyone, another day done and the feeling of accomplishment is growing. With each pushup I grow stronger not only physically but mentally. The beautiful thing about exercise is it is not only healthy for your body but for you mentally. Any time we take care of ourselves it helps us mentally so don't forget to get out there. Take a walk, do some situps or some pushups whatever works for you. You can even dance it out. Always remember to take care of yourself, you can't take care of others if you can't take care of yourself. Love thy self it's a strong saying and you need to love yourself.
