A beautiful custom Reno, half bath converted into an accessible full shower, no curb, full graded floor with in floor heating, 3/4” plywood installed on all walls for any future grab bars, etc.. all waterproofing and tile purchased at Ingo Floor and with their brilliant expertise and helpful choices. I’m sure the awesome homeowners will enjoy, the beauty and accessibility of this new beautiful bathroom.

I haven’t posted in quite some time, but this was an enjoyable one for some amazing clients x1000 , incredible people to work with and for. A huge shout out to B Green Arrogation for the landscaping, beautiful work guys 🥳🎉
The upper deck was replaced, reframed, rain escapes installed to accommodate a dry enclosure, walls were hung, raised off the ground to accommodate winter heaving , custom barn door, and sided with board and batten /vertical siding to match the house, Trex decking installed, and rails put back.
Lower deck 16x18 with screw piles, trex decking, skirted with the same vertical siding, custom pergola constructed out of 3x12, and 2x6 fir custom ordered from Edmonton, (Go Oilers 🥳🎉😏) planed and stained, big enough to accommodate the 18’ span and possible hammocks to hang in the future, regal railing installed, the infamous Costco lighting to pretty it up. This was a fun one and turned out beautifully. Had to share this 😊🥰 oh and my very handsome grandson Ryan ❤️

Hello friends, we are putting up for auction, an 8x10 shed, 7’ walls, 4’ door, electrical ready, just plug it in. All proceeds will go to Arya’s family in these trying times. Please share, if it’s not shareable please let me know, I’m not really good at this stuff, the shed will be delivered but not placed. Bidding will end 12, noon Friday. Royal Spirits on 68th has been shrunk to accommodate a surprise shop in the near future, although the space is smaller, it still has the inventory and greatest selection in Grande Prairie. T-bar ceilings have been removed, ceilings refaced and painted, new lighting installed, ducting moved and added too, new wall constructed, double drywall, mud, taped and painted, wall’s were painted, new office constructed, new till counters constructed, painted and installed along with shelves and cabinets. New saloon style doors constructed and installed. All this while the store was operational. Thank you Rob and staff, you guys were fabulous throughout the process 🙂
