What happens when proper w**d barrier isn’t used. We had to remove all the mulch, pull all the w**ds, spray and remove the old w**d barrier that was actually disintegrating under the mulch and allowing w**ds to take over the mulch beds. New w**d barrier and mulch added for a nice clean fresh look.

Replacing a rotted out bathroom floor. An unnoticed slow leak in the toilet water shut off valve caused a lot of damage. The toilet had almost went through the floor.

Complete tear down and reinstall an acoustic tile ceiling. Was quite a mess before lol.

We did some more clean up at another commercial building today. Cleaned up the rocks, new w**d barrier and planted some shrubs
