Hello All,
It’s time to start thinking about attending the 29th Annual BellMTS Hockey Jamboree.
I am again sending this email out to an email list we have put together from past tournament years. I’m sure some have been missed or have recently retired so please spread the word.
A poster for this year’s tournament should be ready to go by next week. I will send it out when I receive it. Please print off some copies and put them up in the work centers for all to see.
What you need to know:
WHEN: APRIL 13 & 14, 2018
Teams picked at the draft on Friday night the 13th
Tournament and Banquet on Saturday the 14th
WHERE: GIMLI, MB
Draft Night Location: Hospitality Room at the Lakeview Resort and Conference Centre.
Games and Banquet at the Gimli Rec Center. The banquet will be upstairs this year – above the curling rink.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Lakeview Resort and Conference Centre.

Here are some of the room options:
Standard Room - 2 Queen Beds - $109/night
Standard King Suite – King Bed and Pull Out Couch - $129/night
Lake Front Suite (Vacation Side) – One Bedroom - $179/night
Lake Front Suite (Vacation Side) – Two Bedroom - $199/night
TOURNAMENT COSTS:
$25/player for three games
$25/person for the banquet

NOTE:
Last year we had a great turn out with everyone registering and paying ahead as well as showing up to play.
We are asking players to register by March 16 so the organizing group will have an idea if we have enough people interested to hold the tournament.
There are obligations to the Gimli Rec Center as well as the Catering Company. We do not want to have to cancel last minute because of low numbers.
For this reason, we are asking for an early registration and then payment two weeks in advance of the tournament weekend.
As last year: NO PAY – NO PLAY!
