Over the past few months, we have been diligently working behind the scenes to evaluate and improve every aspect of our business, we have made the decision to pivot our overall strategy.
A key component of this transformation involves amalgamating our physical presence into one large main, expanded store location. Our flagship store located in Collingwood, Ontario, will be the heart of this new direction. By focusing our efforts there, we can effectively monitor our inventory and offer an even wider and more carefully curated range of unique home accents, exquisite décor items, and an expanded selection of furniture pieces. We plan on offering more custom furniture options, such as sofas, accent chairs, custom drapery, and rugs. Furthermore, we will be offering Styling and Design Services! On another note, we will be expanding our store hours to operate seven days a week, so you can visit us whenever it’s most convenient .
Recognizing the rapidly growing trend toward convenient online shopping, we are also making investments to dramatically improve our digital presence. We understand that many customers may live outside of our region, our website will feature enhanced navigation tools to make browsing simpler and more intuitive, allowing you to shop from the comfort of your home. Our aim is to create a virtual experience that feels as close to in-store shopping as possible, helping you make confident choices.
Some of you may have noticed changes to our social platforms and website; we are in the process of a re-branding initiative. As part of this, we will update our physical signage, branding materials, and online presence to better reflect our refreshed vision and expanded offerings. Our brand identity will evolve to “RC Home”—a name that embodies our forward-thinking approach.
