Transportation from Victoria provided to our shop in Cobble Hill

We are looking for motivated journeymen and apprentices in joinery with architectural millwork/cabinet maker experience. Candidates should possess an excellent understanding of shop drawings, machining & assembly methods, installations, specialty hardware and what it means to meet schedules.

We are a dynamic Architectural Millwork shop. We pride ourselves on the fact that our clients seek us out for the complex technical work our shop produces. We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated craftsman to join our team. We have state of the art equipment that you will operate in creating our stunning millwork projects.

We offer competitive wages, modified work week with every second Friday off, excellent working conditions, and an Extended Medical and Dental benefits package after 3 months continuous employment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Material Take-Offs and Hardware lists
Advanced joinery and millworking
Cabinet making and hardwoods opportunities
Custom residential and commercial millwork
Follow shop policies and procedures
Machining and Assembly
Communication with Management
Maintaining shop equipment
Cleaning up after yourself

- Heavy lifting
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Deliveries and pickups
- Basic carpentry
- Inventory management
- Misc. projects/ tasks

Training will be provided, no experience necessary.
