There’s something about gossip tables - Meet GG!
Gossip tables, or telephone tables, remind me of being a teenager, when phones were still corded to the wall. My bestie would call me every week as soon as the starting song rolled on Dawson’s Creek to gush over those first few scenes. These tables remind me of those simpler days.
I can’t wait to show you GG redesigned😉

Well it’s been pretty quiet around here for sometime. Honestly, I got overwhelmed with life. Also spur of the moment decision, we moved to Nova Scotia last month. So get ready for some new projects once we’re settled. In the meantime, I’ll show you as we revamp our house and make it our own 😃

Fun little side project today 😍 I’m super crazy about tiered trays and all their decor possibilities. I purchased two of these farmhouse style trays; added some fantastic flowers to one and distressed them to really melt into the wood.

Ohhhh we’re super excited to reveal this refinished dresser, aptly named The Grace. She was a tough one for sure (especially after her top split in half). Her beautiful curves and grooves shimmer in the light with a dusting of gold. Painted in midnight blue, she gleams in European glamour with this dramatic colour and gold transfers.

I struggle with putting our creative ideas together and seeing how the end project will come together. Chad shines in this area so he’s suggested putting together vision boards for me 💜

Not only does this benefit me, but we can share with you our visions as we get started.

Picked up this fantastic hotel wood desk from Calgary Restore - Habitat for Humanity for a little makeover. A little lipstick and mascara in Midnight Blue and she’s brand new again. The beautiful wood grain is showcased on the top with the blue border.

Our newest transformation is finished! I love how some fresh paint can give new life to a piece. Dressed up in Prairie Sunset by Fusion Mineral Paint, it didn’t take much to make her sparkle. We added the Lovely Ledger transfer to jazz up those simple drawers.

“Little Yellow” was happily delivered to Chad’s sister on Sunday to add some sunshine to her bedroom ☀️
