This 1.5 hour class will explore everything from ingredient selection and pairing suggestions to expert cutting techniques and styling tips. Q4 looked a little different last year.

What is usually my busiest and most chaotic season of the year was one of rest, reflection, and relaxation. I found new hobbies, sang my heart out at concerts, saw the play on home turf, and became a homeowner (okay… maybe that last one wasn’t quite so relaxing 😂) It was full of game nights with friends, outdoor walks, slow mornings… and yes, a few charcuterie boards here and there.

While the decision to take a step back from Oak + Harvest did not come easy, I’m realizing it was truly what my mind and body needed. As we head into 2026, I’m feeling rested, grounded, and open to whatever this year has in store ✨

Looking back on over four years in business with pride, joy, and a grateful heart.

As I think about where we started in 2021 and all the incredible moments and milestones we’ve encountered since then, I’m just so proud of what Oak + Harvest became.

While there are so many highlights, here are a few of my favourites:

💫 Collaborating with my sweet friends at to offer our exclusive snack wall with charcuterie cups
💫 Getting an invitation to be a vendor at our first year in business
💫 Having the opportunity to work with so many businesses + brands, especially our repeat clients ( to name a few!!)
💫 Roping in my best friend to help me with events
💫 Meeting on site at my second-ever grazing table + becoming instant friends
💫 Delivering charcuterie boxes on Mother’s Day from family members who live outside of BC (truly one of the most special parts of my job)
💫 Working with on annual Sip + Social Fundraiser (and becoming great friends along the way!)
💫 Flying to Nashville, TN to assist with a grazing table for 175 guests
💫 Hosting Abbotsford’s first ever charcuterie board workshop, selling out in less than 24 hours
💫 Being voted Abbotsford’s Best Caterer back to back years in 2023 + 2024

The last four years have been truly magical. And while I don’t quite know what the future holds for me or Oak + Harvest, I have no doubt there are more amazing things in store.
