Quick list of WHAT TO PACK:

- Bowl set, utensils; Binh Bat, spoon, fork.
- Backpack (for daily hiking)
- Dependable hiking shoes
- house slippers, socks, or flip flops for indoors
- 2 CompaSS t-shirts
- 2 pants for daily acitivity
- mosquito head-nets (can be found in Walmart, outdoors section)
- sunscreen
- citronella oil or cream (rumored to repel insects)
- Cultivation equipment (for those who have it); sash, robe, sitting cloth, dharma jewels

Only 20 days until take-off! Have you been physically preparing yourself? 3 Suggested training options::

1. walk up and down 4 flights of stairs in under 5 minutes : 1 session every hour that you are in your office or your house.
2. speed walking (maintain active heart-rate for 30 mins) : 1 session each day
3. complete 100 iTC bowing in under 15 minutes : 1 session each day
