Did a big job Friday for my client at souls enterprises Ltd., messed the truck up monday, so I had to come out and clean up!😎
Cut out all the bent metal down to the dump bedframe, then used new and existing materials to build a slightly smaller top mast for the truck.
Built to customer specs using blueprints and dimensions, cleaned off paint from weld seams, cleaned with each pass and gusseted the sides front and back with 1/8" plate and 2x2 angle.

Did a late night emergency job for a customer last night, needed it for this morning but basically he rammed it snapping the roll track for the guide wheels and a bracket on the other side, I came and cleaned up the material, beveled the edges much as I could, welded everything out (inside pin holes also), welded the bracket vert up and reamed out the pin hole to fit the bearing pin with little sway!
Overall it was a difficult job but I got it done, got it working and looking good! The customer was happy I was happy and it should last at least another couple years.

Just did a heavy job today for one of my regs, hit a guard rail pretty hard ended up snapping an twisting the bumper which is 3/8" thick webbing and twisted the frame slightly!
I came and beveled both sides to relieve the tension, and I wenched, straightened, and leveled everything to look the same as the other side.
After all that prep I was able to weld and I backplated the channel and welded uphill fully to fill it in and make structurally sound!

Did a job today for one of my frequent customers, had a couple spots on his aluminum dump truck that were broken, etc.
I came around with my setup, typically I cut out the bad and put in new but we were able to reuse most of the panel that was knocked in. I cleaned up all the edges with my grinder, brushed away any dirt or residue to insure clean welds. And I welded everything out. Its about as good as factory welds but itll hold for what it is!

Did some floor pans yesterday for an old school 68' Thunderbird, the metal was about .032" so very thin and even thinner in other areas.
Needless to say i welded both driver and passenger pans out, top and bottom.

Did a job for this guy who operates a food truck (black Friday chicken wings). He need some cages built for dot regulations on the propane tanks so I built from scratch using materials provided by onlinemetals, a thysenkrupp subsidiary.
Overall they turned out great customer was happy and install was a breeze.

Did a few repairs on this skid steer bucket, customer does concrete work and hit a large rock causing damage to both the bucket corner and the cylinder bracket that lifts the bucket up.
I tried torching the corner to bend it back but the double 1/4" wall wasnt budging so I cut it off gave it a bevel and welded it back in vertically up.
I also cleaned and beveled the 1/2" bracket before welding it fully vertical up.

Church's Chicken on Reynolds and Hill called about their drive thru menu getting hit which broke loose the anchors in the base. I came thru with my tools cut the old anchors out and drilled new holes to put 6" anchors bolts in and re-level the whole base, no problem for us!

More work we did for Get it Dunn Dumping and Hauling, we went over the problem spots that need the most attention as DOT needs to inspect everything to insure driver safety and others safety on the road.
There was two brake points where the truck frame meets the framing of the dump bin as well as some broken support mounts from the frame to the bottom side of the truck bed. A full days work on these and a couple other spots and he should be back on the road starting Monday!
Its always a hard time dealing with old dirty metal but when you take the time to properly clean and prep surfaces, that's when the welding truly shines!

Did a couple repairs on this dump truck. Biggest issue was they got cited for rocks and gravel spilling out the gate, problem solved with another rock shield welded into place! Customer was happy and ready to get started on other problem areas. More pics to come!!
