Turning more pallets into raised beds. And we added some roots, branches and some stone/concrete tiles. Working with the materials already on site.

I had a few long pieces of wood lying around the shed and used these and left over blocks with nails from the pallets to create a trellis. Cucumbers can grow along it for easy harvesting.

A raised bed.

If you are using "waste pallets" in your garden make sure to use as much untreated wood or HT (heat treated) as possible.
CT (chemically treated) is best avoided. Modern standards are using less detrimental chemicals then in the past but still, better to be safe than sorry.

Our daughter had a play house on that spot.
She has really outgrown it.
So the ground area had been covered with rootcloth for six years. No weeds there.

Waiting for our bags of compost to arrive so we can fill it and start planting.
Will keep you all posted.
