Job Circular : Senior Executive Sales and Junior Executive Sales, SAFA STAR LTD.

Job Context:
SAFA STAR LTD is a leading wooden door and furniture product manufacturer in Bangladesh
We are looking for experienced sales individuals who have minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in the Door & Furniture industry.
Experience in Sales & Marketing with any Building Materials, Building Products like doors, Furniture's, Interior designs.
Job Responsibilities :
Looking after Sales of Doors and Furniture's in the assigned area along with support in operations.
Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Sales targets.
Promote our products.
Achieve sales and collection target as per business plan.
Tapping direct Clients through the Architects and Builders/Contractors, of assigned areas and generating business through them.
Creating healthy relations with New & Existing client and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to the clients.
Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.
Learning and resolving client’s queries and making them understand each & every technical & non-technical aspect of their project.
Attending regular training sessions arranged by the company to understand the technical aspects of our products.
Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.
Focus on both Retail & Project Sales.
Assisting operation in process of sale order and payment follow up.
Have to visit new areas and collect data of every under construction buildings in those areas.
Visit corporate customers in order to secure long term business.
Employment Type : Full Time
Educational Qualification : Graduation in any discipline (Major in marketing is preferable). Or HSC
Experience Requirements : At least 1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements : Age 18 to 35 years (Only males are allowed to apply)
Job Location : Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Salary Range: 14,000 Tk - 25,000 Tk
Compensation & Other Benefits :
TA, DA and Tour allowances will be provide as per sales policy. Attractive sales commission will be provided.
Two Festival bonus as per the Company Norms.
Salary Review: Yearly
