The latest software from WALTON is now available for Primo HM Mini. The update contains some improvements and other bug fixing. It is available now through wireless. Just open your data connection and then go to "Settings" > "About Phone" > "Wireless Update" > Tap on "Check for Updates"

Tips
1. FOTA can help your device to run smother and more efficiently.

2. It is recommended that you download the update package via Wi-Fi.

3. Please make sure your device have more more than 30% charge left on the battery, and unplug the charger before upgrade.

4. Your device may reboot several times during installation, please do not remove the battery and do nothing until the update has been completed.

Dear all

3G Video call problem in Walton Primo HM Mini, is a software issue of android 5.0 (Lollipop). As we know that Android is a mobile operating system (OS) based on the Linux kernel and developed by Google. This issue is common to all Lollipop based Mediatek (MTk) devices. And Google is working on it. If Google fix this issue for Mediatek (MTk) devices, then Walton Mobile Development team will provide an OTA (Over The Air) update for fixing this video call issue in Primo HM Mini.
