As we wind down another year in business, we also mark a significant milestone: 30 years of Woods Environmental Services.
Thirty years ago, the company began as a family business with nothing more than determination, hard work, and a strong belief in doing things the right way. There were no guarantees, learning as we went, and a commitment to keep moving forward.
Over three decades, one lesson has stood out above all others: a business is only as strong as its people.
The success of Woods Environmental Services has been built on the dedication, skill, and commitment of our team. Their pride in their work, loyalty to the company, and support for one another have enabled us to grow, adapt, and endure.
As a family business, it is especially meaningful to now have our daughters working alongside us, contributing to the company and helping carry forward the values on which it was founded. Their involvement represents both continuity and the next generation of Woods Environmental Services.
Some team members have been with us for many years, while others have joined more recently—but every individual has played a role in shaping who we are today. We are genuinely grateful for the people who continue to make this company what it is.
As we look ahead, we do so with pride in our past, confidence in our people, and optimism for the future. We remain committed to doing things the right way and continuing to build a strong, sustainable business for generations to come.
