Big few months been abit quiet on the socials. Plenty of progression between the flooding and recent crippling weather. We finally have the last few windows we have been waiting on for Williams Cres. The wait was well worth it. The huge north facing raked window coupled with the over sized stacking doors. All the v joint ceiling is onsite ready to throw up and complete this custom home. Painters have finally had a break in the weather and got the external paint well underway getting to the pointy end of this one finally. Loving how it’s all coming together. Scaffold going in the next few days. Can’t wait!!!

Another milestone complete. We have a slab!!! Main living areas will be polished concrete with in slab heating. Boys at Downey’s concreting have done an epic job on the finish soo happy with how it all went. And Hoppy’s pumps for getting the concrete where it was needed. Onto framing!!

Giving our Williams Cres project a big push to get this slab down before the rain. In a perfect world we will be pouring Monday a few sections of polished in the main living areas. Working out set down areas for bathrooms and to get the engineered flooring to work flush with the polished areas. Soo many small details to think about even in these early stages. Not to mention slab heating etc. going to be an amazing house once it all comes together. Thanks to the boys from slimline. Downey’s concreting and of course. The boardwalk crew.

A few different angles of our Russell vale project. Here at our new build project in Russell vale we have been busy getting out of the ground. Had the old house leveled and recycled. The footings are just about dug working on peiring at the moment with the boys from Morgan excavations in conjunction with slimline steel for footings due after lunch today and pouring footings Friday!! Big week and bigger weeks to come. Did a walk through with the clients yesterday and they where over the moon to finally see their dream coming to life!!

It’s finally happening. House is starting to come down for our new build in Russell vale. Tricky demo as we have to carefully remove bricks to expose the old asbestos below so it can safely be removed and we can keep removing the old house
