A guy & a girl who wanted to work for themselves & combine their skills to create a building & construction company over a decade ago.
We put overselves in your shoes & understand how exciting , overwhelming & satisfying building & construction is.

We do it all.
D&A constructions complete new builds, commercial & remedial work, maintenance & repairs , but our speciality is extensions & renovations.
We’re lucky to have an extremely knowledgeable trade family & professional base which covers each discipline needed in the construction field.
From design to end of development, us & our chosen collaborators are able to complete your project & assist at every stage.

We find that being involved with our clients from the very start of their dream project is so beneficial.
So many good ideas can be discussed in the planning stages, cost-saving solutions & site-specific hurdles avoided. A builders eye & knowledge may also give you an enhanced view, layout ideas and/or flow to your home.
