Not every job starts from scratch.
It was started by a different kind, not to code, not level, timber botched & cut at different lengths.

We pulled most of it down and started again, giving the customers a finished product they are now excited to use.

This one came to us half done—and not quite right.

We stepped in, re-levelled the structure, corrected how the verandah was tied into the house, and sorted the guttering issues. On top of that, we handled a permit amendment to make sure everything is compliant moving forward.

Now it’s set up properly and ready for the next stage—plumbing, roofing, and final approval.

Good work isn’t just about building—it’s about fixing it properly when it hasn’t been done right the first time.
