Custom flatpack kitchens now include appliances.

Until now, kitchen appliances and cabinetry meant juggling separate suppliers and separate orders. Now you can choose your appliances and your flatpack cabinetry through the one Pack It Flat account, whether you’re a DIY renovator planning your own kitchen or a trade professional ordering for a client.

Appliances don’t size your cabinets for you, so take the cut-out sizes from the appliance specifications and enter them in your plan. For rangehoods, give us the model number and we take it from there.

To receive your laminate benchtop before Christmas, your job needs to be approved and paid for by Wednesday 2 December 2026. Once you submit, we review and approve the job, issue your invoice, and order materials when payment comes in. The earlier you submit, the more room you leave yourself.

Before you submit your job, show it to the people who matter.

Drafting in the 3D Room Planner is free, and nothing is ordered until you submit. Submitting is the purchase decision, so it helps to have your partner, your builder or your trade look over the layout first. You can now send them a read-only 3D view by link or QR code, from any phone or computer, and the same QR code is on your job details PDF.

The 3D Room Planner has had an update, and it’s live now in the Pack It Flat online ordering platform.

Planning a kitchen, laundry or wardrobe means a lot of decisions made on a screen. The more clearly you can see your room, the fewer surprises when the cabinetry arrives. This update is about that: a clearer view of your layout, easier positioning, and a way to look inside your cabinets before you submit your job.

Custom cutting cement sheet: no uniform materials, one uniform look.

Every sheet on this job was a different width. There was no standard shape or size, and nothing could be copied from the last cut. Each sheet needed a curve on the end, so each one was drawn individually in Cabinet Vision to suit its own width. Getting that right every time comes down to experience with the software.

Then every sheet was cut on our Biesse Rover CNC with a diamond-tipped blade. The result is the same curve, the same finish and a uniform look across sheets that were never uniform to begin with.

That's what custom cutting means. The drawing is made for the job, then cut exactly as drawn.
