We have begun another! This one is completely rotten. Lower bricks falling out, joist are all shot. Propped the roof up today. Replace everything else.

A lick of paint and the Gutter to go up and we are done. We made our own cedar windows from scratch and completely rebuilt the walls

Inner-west Croydon rennovation of the 1960's addition is well overdue. Pulling down of old weatherboards and windows revealed rotten frames. So... Full re-frame, sarking, timber cladding, internal lining has been worked on. Custom joinery of cedar windows to come. Keep you posted!!

The other day a client asked if I could match and fill in some old skirting boards along with some other small jobs. The 90 year old house had a range of profiles so I decided to custom cut the splay on the table saw.
