Completion at Surrey Hills is in sight, just few items left to tick off.

Still dealing with rock out in Lilydale. This time for the storm water detention, 900 diameter pipes deep. Fair to say the neighbours hate us already and the council know who were are now.

Starting to make progress at our dual occ in Lilydale, managed to get through the rock for the bored piers and a few set of retaining walls. Will get the concrete in today.

Protective films coming off the VM ZINC standing seam and scaffold is coming down.
Stage 1 External works nearly complete.

VM Zinc standing seam cladding going up at our Surrey Hills project, custom panel sizes to ensure seams all line up at window junctions and consistent panel sizes to corners.
Can’t wait to get the stickers off and scaffold down to see the finished product.
