Here is some bathroom modifications we have made for an elderly customer. We worked alongside their occupational therapists to make sure the customers needs were meet.

We removed the shower screen and installed a weighted shower curtain. We also installed a 900mm grab rail to assist with entering and exiting the shower as well as a grab rail with a towel rail attached.

While we were there we addressed the flaking paint on the ceiling we removed all flaking paint primed and patch the ceiling and applied ceiling while.

Here's a facade update we finished off this week. Firstly we removed the signage on the pillars then pressure washed and preped the pillars for paint. Finally we painted both pillars in Dulux weathershield lowsheen. The customer is awaiting their new signage to finish off their updated facade.

We have returned to this kitchen to complete it's transformation! Today we installed a slimline pantry with innerdraws for better accessibility in this tight space. We also installed a overhead cabinet with bulkhead and cornice.

This cafe's deck needed a fresh coat of deck paint with a non slip additive for customer safety on wet days.

After the deck was done we installed new benches and secured them to the deck.

With no direct access from the deck to the backyard. We built these solid merbau stairs and treated pine hand rails. We also cut out the slope with a small retaining wall for a even landing.

The customer requested a new raised redgum garden bed for his front garden and also to cover up 2 colorbond raised garden beds with the same materials. He also requested a simple frame to hold some netting and to grow some climbing plants.

This customer had an alfresco area that was sealed of with sliding doors and walls. All that was left was some awing windows to keep out the weather.

We installed these awing windows and architraves to finish off this outdoor space.

These uneven stairs needed an upgrade. Once removed we built a new treated pine frame and finished it with 140mm merbau decking. Now this entry is not a hazard any more and looks great.
