Righto everyone, there's a challenge going around at the moment called the Hindquarters Challenge
The goal is simple... bone out a full beef hindquarter and see how fast I can do it
We thought we'd have a crack at it today and put the skills to the test

It's been another really big week for Jack and I, filling coolrooms and freezers all around Central Victoria. We've been on the road to Stanhope, Kyneton, Walmer, Tylden, Lauriston, Beveridge, St Andrews, Whittlesea, Yea, Murrindindi, Thornton, Nagambie and back home to Seymour.
