Reach Rope Access would like to acknowledge everyone involved in the safe and successful completion of replacing 110 metres of ridge capping on a final product shed.

Due to the challenging access conditions, RRA was engaged to remove the existing holed ridge capping and replace it with a more robust component. As part of the works, the team installed debris netting beneath the capping to mitigate any dropped objects and eliminate the risk of contamination.

This project had previously been considered costly with extended turnaround times, which would have impacted both production and haulage operations. By utilising rope access methods, RRA was able to deliver a practical solution with minimal environmental footprint and zero production downtime.

With the right team, detailed planning, and strong ex*****on, the works were completed safely and ahead of the estimated timeframe.

A great result for everyone involved and another example of how rope access can provide efficient solutions to complex access challenges

Reach Rope Access were recently engaged to install a head frame for a swing stage scaffold to support another work group for critical path works.

With a very narrow window to complete the task, success came down to strong planning, clear communication, and a highly skilled team. Through a coordinated approach, we executed the works efficiently and safely, delivering the installation ready for handover within the required timeframe.

Reach Rope Access is a dynamic rope access company, servicing the South West of WA. We specialise in safe, efficient access solutions for a wide range of industries. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team and help streamline our operations.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and supporting team operations. This role will start with training on-site and then flexibility to work from home, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our workforce running efficiently. The position will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role overseeing all administrative and scheduling functions.

Key Responsibilities
• General office administration and document management
• Monitor and respond to company emails and action accordingly
• Liaise with clients to coordinate jobs
• Schedule jobs and allocate staff
• Onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records
• Organise inductions and medicals for site access
• Maintain up-to-date employee information across site portals
• Manage employee licence and ticket records for compliance
• Communicate effectively with field staff and management
• Help improve and implement systems and processes as the company grows

What We’re Looking For
• Immediate start
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident using digital systems and maintaining accurate records
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Experience in admin, scheduling, or client liaison roles (preferred)
• Familiarity with trades, rope access, or service-based industries (a bonus)

Special recognition goes to Myles Witt (front and centre), RRA’s right-hand man - your calm, collected leadership sets the tone for the whole team and keeping the morale high. Impressive work as always!

Although we missed getting a photo with our night shift team, a huge thank you goes out to Jordan Beard. At Reach, there’s no "leave it for the next shift" mentality, our teams support one another and deliver together. That camaraderie is what sets us apart.
