Weighing your children!!!😠 Are you serious?
In my opinion this is just opening bad habits and bad relationship with foods and health, it's a recipe for disaster. Children DO NOT need to be weighed to keep an eye on their weight, as a Dad/parent I have 100% control on what's put in front of our kids at home and also on their activity levels, if you are really concerned on your kids weight which is clearly visible without scales, then cut back on the unhealthy treats you allow the kids to have and increase their activity levels by going for walks or taking them out to parks and the likes.
Dance with your kids, we do that on a weekly bases, play with them and keep their brains entertained and active. Don't be scared to act silly with them, have fun and help them enjoy their childhood, weighing them has no part in their lifestyle unless medically necessary. πŸ˜”πŸ˜”πŸ˜”
