And so comes the end of a chapter…
It’s with a bitter sweet heart we announce the closing/selling of our much loved Little Sightseer. For years we had a dream to start our own mobile coffee business and one day, we bit the bullet and purchased our van, we did our research and got our equipment and didn’t look back. From having no business experience and no knowledge of the mobile coffee world, we created a successful business that not only thrived but, we loved working… We had great feedback and lots of return clients which we will be forever grateful for. We also had hard days, busy days, fun days, quiet days, days we wanted to cry with frustration and days we wanted to cry with pure happiness and feeling of accomplishment. We really experienced it all and I wouldn’t change it for anything. Little Sightseer saw it all from school events, to markets, sporting events, birthdays, weddings, afl and everything in between. From our very first event at a horse show, we kept learning and changing things along the way and streamlining everything we did and we are sooooo proud of what we accomplished and learnt. We LOVED working in our van but at the same time, it was making us feel uneasy about time being pulled away from our young family so we started putting the van on the back burner.
As hard as it was, we knew we had to make the hard decision to say good bye to Little Sightseer. Our gorgeous van deserves to be out there working and I’m excited to see what comes of it.
As we sign out I’d love to say thank you to everyone that supported us from our amazing customers, businesses that hired us, friends and family that visited us and my amazing friends and Mishelle that helped us on a number of occasions. I have such amazing memories to look back on and cherish.
Who knows what the future brings, maybe when the kids are older, we will have Little Sightseer 2.0
Love Sylvia and Tommy
