Full time work from mid January with possible permanent role for the right applicant. Rate negotiable based on experience.

Sunshine Coast jobs from Caloundra to Gympie. Decks, bathrooms, fix-outs, insurance repairs etc. Rate is negotiable based on experience. Permanent work for the right applicant.

Please read below requirements before applying, thank you!

- Must reside on the Sunshine Coast
- Must have all tools required to complete Carpentry work
- Must have reliable ute or Van
- Must be qualified Carpenter and have minimum 5 years+ post apprenticeship experience (5 years experience since completing apprenticeship)
- ABN and Public Liability Insurance to start with, super will be paid.

This roof structure is rated for 300kg per square metre of static load (hence the 300mm deep LVLs) and will be supporting an "extensive" green roof (soil and clumping grass) to provide the ultimate insulation courtesy of Mother Nature.
