Book Week 2025: The Bionic Bo**er Boy from Captain Underpants!
He decided on this idea a few weeks ago and I visited for costume bits and pieces and found some silver metallic fabric then for the green fur. The costume came together this week. It was an interesting week as I wasn’t sure if he would want to wear it come the day. He’d only seen the comic picture. Much to my delight he was super keen and today was a success!

A project that I have been working on for a while. (Everything takes 500 times longer with beautiful small humans around! 😅). I found 4 of these chairs at the op shop for $5 each. Whilst I love the look of the strung base I don’t find them super comfortable. It needed replacing so I made a base and cushion and applied a light coat of varnish and I’m pretty happy with the result! 🪑

A beautiful day for some art and art play which is a favourite of ours. I love the drop in style where you can stay as long (or as little 😅🤪) as the little ones feel. Clay was a bit hit for us today. 🐙
