I know its hard to find these days, but if you can manage a spare 30mins, bliss out with this 100% natural and nourishing face mask...
Mash 1/2 a ripe avocado + 1/2 a banana. Blend with 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt and one teaspoon Olive oil to lock in the extra moisture.
Apply to face and wash off after 10 mins. Your skin will be glowing and thanking you for some much needed therapy.
