Also servicing bayside including but not limited to Brighton, Bentleigh, McKinnon, Hampton, Highett, Sandringham, Black Rock, Beaumaris, Mentone, Parkdale, Mordialloc, Aspendale, Edithvale, Chelsea. And also right up to inner Eastern and Northern suburbs, including but not limited to Kew, Balwyn, Camberwell, Blackburn, Canterbury, Surrey Hills, Northcote, Ivanhoe, Heidelberg, Alphington, Thornbury, Doncaster, Templestowe, Bulleen. A major benefit of Stelson Homes is that you (the client) will be dealing directly with the directors/builders. You will not be dealing through any middle men such as supervisors, sales people etc. As we are a hands on building team and directly supervise each project and are there on site throughout the whole process. All of our team of contractors have worked with us for many years and we know and trust that there workmanship is of the highest quality standard that we expect. It’s not just our workmanship that is of the highest quality standard, it’s also our service. We believe communication between the builder and client is of the highest importance. Throughout the initial drawing/permit stage and right through to the building stages, we will be working in close with design, materials and colour selections. We will be in contact throughout the entire project keeping you up to date so as you know exactly what is happening and there to answer any questions that need answering along the way. We are also quite flexible with changes along the way, unlike some other builders who do not allow changes or charge hefty fees if you want to add or change anything. We also can meet with you directly either at our office or at our suppliers to choose items such as taps, toilets, basins, tiles, colours, etc. This is just one of the hands on personal approach services that we provide, as we would be looking after your project as if it were our own. Most of our work is through referrals and recommendations as Stelson Homes strives on the highest quality and maintaining a good relationship with our clients throughout the whole project.
