On this weeks dinner menu - hand rolled sinach gnoccheti sardi with spring asparagus, carrot, smoked eschallot, cime di rappa, tomato, and charcoal pangrattato.

We always have a seperate vegan and a seperate gluten free menu for our guests complete with fresh handmade gluten free pasta and an insane vegan cheese that has had many vegans double checking that its not actually real cheese. 🧀
