As we are building a new construction at Doonan for Nick & Katrine, we also creating this renovation/extension for Rhonda & Eric at Coolum Beach.

Got a phone call today from Matt Leeke, project manager Hutchinson Builders. He just want to say thanks for a great job we did for Hutchinson earlier this year, at Cooroy library house. One good job leads to another, Matt has past our company details onto some of he's very good friends who have been looking for a special job to be done.

Transformed this dated brick house into a modern mill$$ house. All new window & doors, extended balcony, render & painted, etc, etc. All done in 6 weeks!!
Again!! its been a great job, owner is very happy and we will be back early marts next year to finish up with a new driveway and landscaping. I can't say to much!! but to work for the owner of this house have been the high light of the year 2016.

Just finish a Balcony/Carport job for some lovely people at Grandview Dr. Coolum Beach. Next job/ challenge's, will be turning a big Concrete Water-tank into a Wine Cellar for a customer we have been building houses/ renovations job's,for the last 5years.
