Tropical British Colonial style is a timeless aesthetic that merges the formal elegance of Victorian England with the practical, airy requirements of the West Indies, India, and Africa. This look focuses on creating a cool, sophisticated retreat from humid climates using a high contrast palette and natural textures.

High Contrast Palette: Pure white or light neutral walls paired with dark-stained woods like mahogany and teak.
Natural Textures: Extensive use of rattan, cane, bamboo, and wicker to allow for airflow, along with sisal or jute rugs.

Our aim is always to work with items our clients have & keeping in mind where they are moving to so we can forcast when purchasing some extra pieces to sell. This home sold immediately so staying it would have been counter productive & expensive.

There are so many things to consider when selling your home to prepare to go to market. I encourage my clients to put the time & effort into getting the entire property in top shape to go to market including all the maintenance you can afford.
It’s such a competitive market out there it’s imperative that your property gives the prospective buyer the best “value”for their money.
