I had the privilege of receiving my Winston Churchill Fellowship medallion in Sydney last Friday night, with the support of my family. My Fellowship report is now published on the Churchill Trust website linked below if anyone would would like to check it out. Well it is a privilege to take part in the restoration of the Hannah Cabinet. As a young teenager attending Geoffreys classes I saw the cabinet built over the years and it was certainly an inspiration to witness. I'm looking forward to the journey ahead. Winston Churchill Trust - AU

During my stay in London on my Churchill Fellowship, I had many amazing experiences, two of the highlights were visiting Waddesdon manor with Micheal Hall where we met with the amazing Mia Jackson senior curator and had the privilege of opening some pieces including a small desk pictured made by Jean Henri Riesener for Marie Antoinette. Also pictured was an amazing visit to the Wallace Collection where I met with head furniture conservator Jurgen Huber. I had the absolute privilege of visiting the conservation workshop and having a tour of the collection. Both experiences I will never forget!
