All you have to do is take your top off for the low access jobs to get the digger through 😆, added a couple down pipes and drainage grate to stop the box gutter overflowing into the patio area, simple but affective , after the pot plants went back you would think we were never there 😉⛏🪚🔨

It’s sometimes the small jobs that make the big difference, opened up the kitchen to the dining and in turn made the perfect spot for the fridge 🔨🪚🔨

Water proofing in both ensuite and main bathrooms failed, as you can see it was applied straight onto the chipboard flooring and used no corner matting. House is only about 15 years old but the showers were leaking long ago, so new flooring, tile underlay, waterproofing, tile bed, wall sheets, tiles and shower screens it’s good to go 👌🔨🪚🔨
