Here is the program for our Fair tomorrow.
Please be advised that parking is very limited at the Gardens and once the car park is full , it is full and we cannot admit any more cars. In this eventuality you will be directed to Raymond Terrace to make use of our free shuttle bus.
For those who wish to come early, 8am is the very earliest we can let you in and you will not be able to access the main arena grounds until 9am as stall holders will still be setting up.
Please be kind and patient with all our parking volunteers - we are doing our best to make this event an enjoyable one for you.
FREE shuttle bus will commence from 8am in the Council car park, Sturgeon St, Raymond Terrace. Parking available under the Council buildings.

Sometimes your path quietly delivers friendships you never set out to find. Homegrown Market has done that for us — five years of meeting people who’ve become our Homegrown family. And today, when the postman arrived, he handed over the loveliest surprise: a handwritten letter from a stallholder’s sweet 7‑year‑old son, our “proxy grandson,” checking in because we’ve missed a couple of markets. It completely made my day.

We’re excited to be back again for this amazing day

Our third annual Medieval Fair is on Sunday 16th August, 9am - 3.30pm. Sponsored by live action role play groups - Battlecry Fields of Ashnoor, Swordcraft Newcastle and Raven Guard - who will be demonstrating their battlefield skills throughout the day. As well, there are displays by 'The Viking Thing' and 'Medieval Field Surgery' and mead-making demonstrations by Hunter Valley Amateur Beekeepers. There will be chain-mail making workshops, flower crown workshops as well as many medieval-themed stalls.
Dress up and make use of the FREE shuttle bus from Raymond Terrace (Council car park). Limited parking on site, limited tickets for sale at the gate (unless on the shuttle bus). Don't miss the fun! Tickets via Humanitix:

Hoppy Easter, folks! It’s rolled around again quicker than a bunny on a mission — and as promised, the Mac ’n’ Cheese Cone and the Mac ’n’ Cheese Dog are back this Sunday. Find us at Site A along the pathway for your fix of cheesy, gooey Mac ’n’ Cheese in a toasted cone or one of our giant hotdogs smothered in creamy Mac ’n’ Cheese. An egg‑cellent Easter treat.
