This is it folks. I’ve danced my heart out for you for well over 100 days, and tonight I dance my last dance! It’s an absolute belter and I’m sure you’re going to love it. It is fab-u-lous darling!

Sell your kids, steal a banner and kidnap a pilot, chew off your limbs, let’s do whatever it takes to try and bring this sucker home. (Or just share this post!)

Without your active support, I’d not have this chance and I’m determined not to disappoint, as a way of displaying my gratitude. This experience has been so darn good for me and without you to dance for, I’d have not ventured near this, so thanks for helping evict the hornets from my head. My heart can hear much better now, which is nice.

Don’t miss this great night out!!

Connie's best friend Em hand-made 3 dozen paper roses for Con's 36th birthday a few years back, just after her diagnosis. Connie loved them and she kept them near until the end. I've decided to remember Con's passing (8 September) with these 'forever roses', coz they're beautiful, but also because paper roses live forever. Imagine if we all celebrated our loved ones lost to cancer on the same day? Perhaps on the anniversary of Con's passing this September 8? We could all put our roses on our window-sills together! Candles maybe. That's my dream. I really hope you'll come along.
