I've been a bit quiet lately as I've been avoiding the shed, due to the heat! To help fill in the time, I've been sampling the odd craft beer. So why not combine the two and make a sign! This is what I have planned. Cheers! 🍻

I’ve just set up a brand new laser engraving attachment on my CNC. Now I’ve got to learn how to drive it. I’ve proven it works, but it’s 36degC in my shed, so I’m out! This will add a whole new dimension to what I can make, plus I’ll be able to “brand” my products!

I have a batch of blackbutt at the moment that is ideal for these signs and I can customise it to your needs. I can use any font you’d like and fill the letters with a colour of your choice. The only restriction will be size, as my CNC has its limitations, but that can be discussed.

This serving board has just been finished and is now for sale. It is made from Gidgee and has a blue-tinted resin “river” through the centre. It’s dimensions are 350mm x 230mm x 32mm and it is very heavy for its size. Gidgee is one of the hardest timbers in the world and not something you see very often.
I am selling this one-off piece for $120. If you are interested, send me a message.
