When doing a Pest inspection make shore you expose all area’s. I did a Pest inspection on a property it was an older property and I found live termites in one bedroom windowsill.The front stairs was all blocked in. I asked the owner could she engage a builder to remove some bricks so we could inspect if anything was happening inside. And it was bingo we found a Termite nest going up the wall. So make shore when doing a Termite Inspection we’re ever you can to expose all areas. It could save litigation against you. As you can see I piece of timber has caused the problum.

I have just had another phone call from an agent. He asked me to carry out all their inspections Pest and Building and I will get paid when the property is sold. Then he said if I do that their would be a better insensitive at the end of the sale. And they call them selfs credible and honest agents. I am decussated and will not deal with ageist.

Customer contact us to do a Visual Termite inspection. We carried this out this morning. On findings we found that the Bathroom was completed eaton out. The Pest Inspector misted the damage In the bathroom behind the shower. The report read no live Termites found and no damage found at time of Inspection. We estimate around $40.000 in damage. The owner has just bought the property at Auction. Say no more don’t let this happen to you. It’s devastating for the new owner.

Have you been paying to much for your PI Insurance. Do you now why???? Do you now what your Insurance policy represents to you. Are you interested in a meeting to find out why. Think about it why do we pay exorbitant Insurance premiums and excess on clams. We pay 10 times more then we pay excess on a vehicle accident excess think about it. If you think Termite’s don’t get into furniture you are wrong. This is a old type of glory box and Termites have gone through It like deserts. It’s was in a shop on floor boards and this is what they did. They came through the floor boards and attack the piece of furniture.
