Alcock Stone offer an alt

ernative method of construction type to the building industry by constructing a stone wall on a reinforced concrete backing wall which is manufactured on or off site and delivered to the client as a free standing wall panel. Our wall solutions come in two forms: self-supporting wall panels for stand alone – installation or for use as a retaining wall and cladding panels for attaching to a new or existing structures. Advantages of this system:
• Reduced on-site costs.
• Shorter construction times.
• Cost – effective compared with constructing stone walls by hand.
• Choice of stone finishes available.

We were recently approached by Tura Beach Golf Club to replace the old existing (Cart accessible only) bridge with a new design in order to be accessible for use by emergency personnel in the event of an accident, maintenance vehicles and everyday golf cart traffic.

The completed project was designed to ensure minimal damage to the Greens during construction with an efficient rebuild time. The finishing structure consisted of a 40m x 3m composite fibre bridge.

Alcock Stone are currently undertaking a unique project in Candelo. This project consists of casting 26 off form insulated concrete sandwich wall panels.

These wall panels consist of Foamular insulation sandwiched between two concrete layers held together by non-conductive connectors. In return this provides the clients with pre-finished insulated internal & external walls.

Alcock Stone recently completed a precast detached double garage consisting of 14 x 150mm thick panels, 5 of which were curved to suit roof radius. All panels had cast-in allocations for the provision of services.

During the casting process we integrated the use of false joints to the precast panels to achieve distinctive detailing which is just one of many finishes when can provide to our clients.

Crane has a lift capacity of 8 tonne in close and 500kg at 20.8m.

Truck tray is 7.5m x 2.5m and has a payload capacity of 14 tonne.
