One of our latest builds ready to go before Christmas as we clear the way for new builds in 2023

This innovative design has a vertically sliding roof and wall section allowing a full standing loft bedroom (normally not possible in tiny homes).

The design also meets the NSW local Government Act definition of a caravan ‘designed to be capable of being registered’ therefore a D.A is not required if installed in accordance with the legislation.

Included :

- 240V / 10amp caravan power inlet which powers 12V lights and 240V power points

- flushing toilet designed to connect to existing sewer or holding tank

- two burner electric cooktop

There is space for microwave and bar fridge

Measurements:

- 7.2m long x 2.5m wide x 4.4 high.

Our lockdown passion project is finally complete just in time for the opening of borders and the holiday season!

Genuinely relocatable and perfect for that extra room / home office or unique Airbnb accommodation our handcrafted bus tiny abode is ready to find her new home.

With a matte black exterior and Australian hardwood interior fit out this 2001 Mercedes bus runs well and although currently unregistered can be driven on a temporary permit.

This beautiful tiny home sleeps five easily with a king size platform bed and pull out double bed chaise couch in lounge area.

An ample size bathroom ready for installation of compost or plumbed toilet (depending on final location / personal needs / preference).
