Edge Laser Cutting Service Edge Laser is a family run business. We Laser cut Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Timber & Plastics. We do not share or pass customer files or items on.

RELIABILITY

Workloads and lead times vary and we endeavour to provide items on a 3 to 5 day turnaround. However, we have the capacity to offer a faster turnaround time if required. FLEXABILITY

We supply most materials, alternatively we are happy to use your own material providing its clean, unpainted, flat and in the case of steel, rust free. INTEGRITY

Your CAD file drawings and prototype des

igns can be trusted with us. Our only interest is to provide you with an efficient and trusted cutting service. MATERIALS WE CUT

STEEL
All steels up to 12mm. Grade 250, 350, Corten, Bisalloy, Zincanneal, Galvanised sheet & Manganese. STAINLESS STEEL
Efficiently up to 6mm. All grades and finishes. We only use Nitrogen when cutting Stainless Steel to retain it's chemical purity. TIMBER
Up to 32mm. Most timber products, MDF, Plywood, natural timber & veneers. Leaves a blackened edge more noticeable in Plywood. PLASTICS
Up to 25mm. Acrylic being the most common. Some plastics cannot be cut due to toxic hazards. Please contact us first.

"A big thank you to the team for getting me an original Bathurst fire pit that was cranked up for the first time on the Chase. Many great comments and admiration from fellow campers and when we where on the track it was chained to the fridge and Webber. Magnificent job and many beers drunk around it. Everyone else had the mass produced common stuff from Bunning’s and BCF but we had class with a custom fire pit."
