From simple to stunning.

This laundry went from a basic tub and appliances on the floor to a space that feels elevated, functional, and beautifully finished.

And how’s that stone? 🙌

Thinking about renovating your kitchen?

A good rule of thumb is to spend around 3% to 5% of your home’s value.
It’s a guide, not a quote, but it helps you plan with fewer surprises.

That budget can often deliver a beautiful, functional kitchen without overspending, especially when the layout stays the same and the budget is focused on the things that matter most.

Generally, your budget is split across cabinetry, labour, benchtops, splashbacks, appliances and a contingency for any surprises along the way.

A few of the best ways to make your budget go further without compromising the finish are:
keeping plumbing and electrical in the same place, prioritising cabinetry and hardware, investing in durable surfaces, and adding practical storage that improves day-to-day use.

For example:
$500,000 home = $15,000–$25,000 kitchen budget
$1,000,000 home = $30,000–$50,000 kitchen budget

Most kitchens don’t need more storage. They need better storage.

The biggest upgrade is usually simple:
More drawers where you actually work
Bins where you prep
Storage that’s easy to reach and easy to use

Two finish decisions that change the whole job.

Door finish type
2pac and melamine can both look great, but they behave differently over time and they price differently. We’ll guide you to the right fit for your home and how you live in it.

Hardware level
Runners, hinges, handles, internal accessories. This is where kitchens either feel solid every day or start to annoy you.

Our small showroom is set up to make these decisions early, without the last-minute scramble.

Showroom visits are by appointment after a quick scope check.

Three decisions that are easier when you can see them in person.

We’ve set up a small showroom with a curated selection of:
Door finishes
Hardware options
A few internal storage solutions

It’s not a warehouse. It’s a calm space to make the key decisions early, so the renovation doesn’t feel rushed later.

Showroom visits are by appointment after a quick scope check.

What happens when you enquire?

We check your suburb, timing, and what you’re looking to do.
We confirm a rough budget range first. It keeps the process clean and avoids wasted time on both sides.
If it’s a fit, we book a consult and talk scope, finishes, and next steps.
Then we can quote properly, based on the actual space and selections.
If you’re planning a kitchen, storage, or a laundry upgrade, reach out for a quote today.

This is what a calm kitchen looks like when it’s finished properly.

This one was a kitchen upgrade: New cabinetry doors and panels, new stone benchtops, and a fresh splashback. Same footprint, completely different feel.

Clean white cabinetry, warm timber floors, and that soft blue splashback. Bright, cohesive, modern. But the real win is how the kitchen lives in the home.

Three things we look for in the wide shots.

Flow through the space
You should be able to move from fridge to sink to prep without weaving around corners or fighting door swings.

Light stays the hero
When the layout is right and the cabinetry lines are clean, the room stays open and bright.

It holds together from every angle
When you’re sitting at the stools or looking back from the living area, the cabinetry should feel consistent. No awkward breaks. No close-enough finishing.

If you’re considering a kitchen upgrade and want to know what’s possible in your space.

What most people don’t realise is you don’t always need “more storage”.

You need the right storage in the right place.

In a kitchen consult, we’re usually looking for the friction points you’ve been living with for years. The ones that slow you down every day.

A few common ones:

- bins too far from where you prep
- not enough drawers (so everything ends up stacked in cupboards)
- corner cupboards that are basically dead space
- a pantry that looks good but is annoying to use
- appliances that steal the bench space you actually need

When we design cabinetry properly, we’re not guessing. We’re mapping how you use the kitchen, then building storage that supports it.

What’s the one thing in your current kitchen that drives you mad every day?

The fastest way for a kitchen renovation to feel rushed is leaving a few key decisions until “later”.

It’s completely understandable. You’re juggling a lot, and keeping options open feels like the safe move. The catch is cabinetry needs certain answers before anything can be properly priced and scheduled. If they’re not locked in, quotes stay vague, drawings stall, and time disappears while everyone waits.

And it puts pressure back on you. The longer decisions sit, the more rushed you feel when the timeline tightens. That’s when people start second-guessing and choosing under pressure, and the renovation stops feeling calm.

Here are three decisions that make the biggest difference early.

Layout and appliance plan
Before we can finalise your cabinetry, we need to know what’s going where. Oven type, cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, sink position. Small changes here affect clearances, storage, and how the kitchen works day to day.

Door finish choice
You don’t need to choose the exact colour on day one. You do need to choose the finish type early. For most kitchens, that’s either a 2pac painted door or a melamine door. Each option changes the look and feel, durability, lead times, and cost, so it’s best to lock this in before we finalise drawings and pricing.

Hardware level
Handles, hinges, runners, bins and internal accessories. This is where “we’ll decide later” often turns into last-minute compromises or a budget surprise. Deciding it upfront keeps the quote honest and avoids the scramble later.

We’re Brendale-based and working across Brisbane’s Northside and the Moreton Bay area. When you’re ready to talk cabinetry, the next step is a consult.

If you want a kitchen you’ll still love in five years, avoid “close enough.”

That’s where most regrets live. Not in the colour choice. In the fit.

This kitchen is warm timber tones paired with deep green cabinetry, with clean lines and a layout that suits the room. The result feels calm because nothing is fighting the space.

If you’re in the planning stage, we have a short pre-build checklist we use to catch the common layout and storage mistakes before cabinetry is locked in.

Message us “CHECKLIST” and we’ll send it through.
